Thank you for choosing Rosewood Camping for your camping holiday. We do our best to ensure that all our campers are able to enjoy their time with us with the best conditions we can offer.

2023 TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the Website or otherwise brought to your attention. It is your responsibility to read the Terms each time you submit a booking request and any such request shall signify that you have accepted to be bound by the latest set of Terms.
By booking directly with Rosewood Camping you agree to pay a 50% deposit upon booking and then the remaining amount is to be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date. If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us 30 days before your arrival date and your full deposit will be refunded. If cancelled after this time then the deposit will be non refundable. All payments to be made by Bank Transfer if booking directly.
All guests must check in with a member of the campsite staff and adhere to the relevant campsite rules. We reserve the right to terminate your booking early if you break the rules.
Pitch your own tent campers can check in from 11am and check out is 10am on the day of departure.
Bell tent campers can check in from 3pm and checkout is 10am on the day of departure.
Guests are permitted to bring one car per tent booking, however if a guest wishes to bring an additional vehicle, this is classed as an add-on and there is a nightly charge for this
BBQs and fires MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.
You MUST ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times around the campfire, BBQs and in all areas of the campsite. Rosewood Camping will not be held liable for any accidents that occur during your stay.
Please do not allow your children to run between tents in the evening or disturb other sleeping guests.
No dogs allowed on site due to livestock.
All rubbish and any waste/recycling must be taken away with you. We are an off-grid eco farm and do not have regular weekly bin pickups. We will supply a small compost caddy for your food waste which we will compost here at the farm.
As our site is located in a rural environment, we do not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by the weather, plants, trees, insects, animals or wildlife.
We please ask that all guests are respectful and that there is no loud music.
Rosewood Camping accepts no responsibility whatsoever for damage, loss or theft to guests during their stay at Rosewood Camping. We advise you to check that your household insurance is current and covers you for any high value goods away from home.
Guests are entirely responsible for their own property and the behaviour of their party at all times.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to a member of staff.
Marketing/Photography.
During your Rosewood Camping holiday, members of our staff may take promotional photographs of guests enjoying themselves for our website and social media such as Facebook or Instagram. We never reveal the names of any guests however if you would NOT like you or any of your family members to be displayed in any Rosewood Camping promotional material, please let us know.
